Warm Slow Flow
This slower paced flow allows time to explore postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and stillness. The room will be lit, candle-lit and the practice will be enhanced with ambient music.
Recommended for all levels.

Yoga Tune Up
Yoga Tune Up
This class combines a gentle movement practice to warm up the muscles; followed by myofascial self-massage exercises using Yoga Tune Up balls to release tension and improve range of motion in the body.
Recommended for all levels.
