This class combines high intensity interval training to sculpt and tone muscles; followed by a yin style practice to stretch out the targeted muscles.
Recommended for advanced students.

Yoga Tune Up
Yoga Tune Up
This class combines a gentle movement practice to warm up the muscles; followed by myofascial self-massage exercises using Yoga Tune Up balls to release tension and improve range of motion in the body.
Recommended for all levels.
