This class combines high intensity interval training to sculpt and tone muscles; followed by a yin style practice to stretch out the targeted muscles.

FLOW AND ROLL  (VIRTUAL)


This class combines a gentle movement practice to warm up the muscles; followed by myofascial release exercises using Yoga Tune Up balls. Myofascial release is a form of self-massage which 

targets trigger points in the body.
